 | What's New: GEORGE MICHAEL ELIZONDO RUN / WALK-A-THON For at -risk youth that are enrrolled in intervention programs because of difficulty succeeding in highschool, the GME Memorial Foundation is a 501(c) non-profit organization that provides an opportunity to create a compelling future by offering scholarship assistance for higher education to students who demonstrate their desire to overcome their challenges and create a better life for themselves. For formerly at-risk adults who have become successful and value higher education, the GME Memorial Foundation provides an opportunity to directly assist other at-risk youth in overcoming similar challenges by donating funds for scholarships. |
| George Michael Elizondo was born on July 25th, 1986 in Houston, TX. He grew up with 5 brothers, 1 sister, and a passion for life that gave him 21 years of an extraordinary life that most people never get to experience. George grew up with a memorable personality and carried that with him up until his adult life, and even to this day as he is watching us from heaven, he will remain as one that will never be forgotten. George left a huge impact on the hearts of those he met due to his ability to so easily forgive and to demonstrate unconditional love. He carried a love and compassion for people that seemed to grow stronger with time. |  |
